Are those stabilators in the back? look how they are positioned. Must be
hard to keep the nose up with all that flap - flaperons too?
Makes me wonder how much power they have to carry to keep airspeed up.

Default USAF Rockwell T-1 on final (stbd side)

The horizontal stabilizer is used for pitch trim. No flaperons. It uses
spoilers for primary roll control, as well as speed brake and lift dump.
