Depends if you're being shot-at. Although this isn't exactly Khe Sanh, the
Welsh are known to be a touchy and grumpy lot (google for "**** off
Biggles"), and this one is probably taking evasive action to avoid the
spears being lobbed-up by nationalists.

That appears to be a J model..
Also appear they have worked out the issue with wing stalling because
of the 6 bladed prop & air flow in the first J models...


Boy I would hate to be a para on board one doing this.
I've flown on Hercs doing low-level flights and then pop-ups
to drop altitude over the DZ...
better than half the troops really made use of the barf-bags...

Its even worse are the safety troops on the ground once all the troops
leave the aircraft and toss those bags.. :-)
