It looks like Alleghany County/KAGC.

Any recommendation on FBO would also be helpful.

Same questions for the Buffalo (NY) Zoo.

I might try to do both in one day.
Pitt in the morning, Buff in the afternoon.

Would not doing both in the same day be an unreasonable restriction on
how much time you spend at either? Both cities are worth visiting.

The Boston and Baltimore Aquariums are worth visiting too, but
especially in Boston don't rush your visit. The aquarium there is a
short walk to other really neat parts of the city.
