This is a photo of some sort of aircraft engine that is displayed at the
Omniplex in Oklahoma City the caption beside the engine says they have
no idea what it is or where it came from other than it is a rotary
design. Anybody have any ideas?

Wankel engine, maybe a Curtiss-Wright engine. It has some resemblence to
their engines but it's hard to tell under all those accessories.
