A Polish sailplane, with a German Manual, flying in the UK? Good God, Man! No wonder EASA isn't happy! They can't handle that many nationalities in one transition! And, don't forget. September 19th is Talk Like a Pirat(e) Day! Arrrgghhh, Steve |

They can't handle that many nationalities in one transition! The problem is that SB 010/73 is only available from the factory in Polish or German. It's potentially important for low-hours Pirat owners, because it defers the first major overhaul from 500 to 1,000 hours. To add to the fun. Polish German is not German German, and Polish German typed out by someone who clearly didn't speak any German is even more interesting. And, don't forget. September 19th is Talk Like a Pirat(e) Day! Perhaps I should rename the Pirat "Spaghetti Monster" for the day? Ian |
