QUALIFYING FAI EVENT GHIMBAV - FAI SAILPLANE GRAND PRIX April 29th -May 6th . 2012
On behalf of the Romanian Airclub and the Romanian Aeronautical
Federation we would like to welcome all the Grand Prix glider pilots around the world to pariticipate in the Romanian FAI Qualifying Sailplane Grand Prix in April 29th - May 6th 2012 This is thesecond Sailplane Grand Prix Qualifying Event held in Romania in practically new gliding location for the European competition pilots.The remarkable weather conditions in spring in combination with a hill / mountain area and the relatively short tasks of GP gliding can offer the outstanding gliding experience of our country. This year we will host a CLUB class competition in order to encourage more pilots from this area to participate to this type of event. http://qsgp2012.aeroclubulromaniei.ro/
