I don't care what side your on, but this shutdown took down the access to
Skew-T data. This blows... Rucsoundings.noaa.gov just takes you to the govt shutdown page Anyone know a skew-t site that still works? Peter |

Weather data are still being recorded and disseminated from government computers, so independent sites using them, such as the various RASP sites, are still operating. I believe some of the NOAA departments remain open, but most are shut, including almost all research operations.

Anyone know a skew-t site that still works? I use a software called zyGrib on Linux (also exist for Win and Mac)(www.zygrib.org). It displays predicted skew t - log p and still have access to a server with fresh data. hth, -- Xtophe |
