Interesting. I don't think these are standard Meteor drop tanks. Those
finlets and the slightly flattened shape look more like they belong on a Sabre, but they came much later so not likely. Regards Syke |

Regards Syke According to Bryan Philpott's 'Meteor', published by PSL, these are indeed F-86 tanks. Despite being an earlier aircraft, some Meteors were still in Argentine service in the 1970s. -- Peter |
