I doubt they have a MOAB, as the only one on display was just put up at
Eglin Armament Museum last week. They might have a BLU-82.

MOAB's too big for a BUFF's bomb bay, isn't it?

At Wri-Pat they have a BUFF and a mockup MOAB on display.

1. I'm not sure about W&B, but the bomb bays of the BUFF will easily
fit 4 MOAB's. Remember, BUFF was designed in the early 50's to
accommodate the early H-bombs. And they were HUGH.

2. MOAB is designed for pallet extraction. Cannot be hung on
bomb racks.

Go out to the engine manufacturers website, as they also have the videos:

Could you please indicate the full path as that page leads nowhere on my
machine? (No links are visible)

David,

The links are the navigation at the top of the page. However, per your
request I've pasted the complete URL: http://www.wren-turbines.com/news.htm

Thanks that is an awesome model. I know the site where they fly, I have
been to occasional meets there - but not for some time.

I did mange to see one video and the first take off was obviously from a
full sized airfield. The taxi did seem to be at the model airfield,
which does have a tarmac runway.
