Default "Ice Pilots" C-46 does a belly landing

Enroute from Yellowknife to Norman Wells, Northwest Territories, an engine
failed. The crew decided to divert to Déline Airport for an emergency
landing but were unable to lower the gear. The pilot eventually completed a
belly landing at Déline Airport. In light snow conditions, the aircraft
skidded on runway, went off runway and came to rest in the bush. All four
crew members were unhurt.
