Today at Mountain Valley Airport, Tehachapi, California there were about 18 10k flights! Weather was 66F/19C and sunny, but no real lift.
Five of the flights were in three sport canopy equipped 1-26s participating in the annual Open Cockpit Regatta. We'll get some up on OLC. Jim |

Five ten kilometer distance flights in three open cockpit 1-26s on New Year's Day in the Northern Hemisphere. Todd's 1-26 is painted just like the one in a Disney classic which was filmed locally. He had to go straight to work, didn't get to upload the flight within the 48 hour limit somehow deemed necessary. Jim |
