And I think the general opinion of folks in the know (not the non
owners/flyers was to go new rather than have something rebuilt for almost the same price. So I guess if you would like to hear what you want to really do, I say go for the cheapest o/h house you can find. That way, in about a year you'll be qualified to answer with the general populace when the question appears again.
