You certainly have a unique situation. Not many of us can get by without
the old auto (or two, or three). But you're sure right about avoiding auto expenses being helpful when it comes to paying for the plane. With the way auto's depreciate you are probably coming out ahead by putting the money into the airplane instead. I'm trying like crazy to avoid spending money on replacing one of my cars.
