Call AOPA Legal and ask them about filing a report. You *do* have
the legal option as an AOPA member, right? You *are* an AOPA member, right? Do not discuss in this newsgroup the events that caused, appear to have caused, or are the result of any action that your partner took. Asking about how to deal with the insurance is fine. Anything that involves the FAA or can involve the FAA should not be discussed in public. Didn't we have this discussion a couple months ago?
