Showalter in Orlando charging $45 to open gate

Showalter at Orlando Exec would not give out the gate code for re-entry
after 10:30PM for my return flight and now charges $45 for opening the gate
for re-entry to the airport after hours. Does anyone know if Kissimmee
airport is doing the same or other airports in the Orlando area?
