Default Flying to Toronto, ON, next Friday - Need advice

I need to fly up to Toronto from NY State next Friday AM for a day-long
business meeting. This will be my first flight into Canada so I am
reviewing the AOPA Canadian/US flight requirements, however I do need
some local advice.

The business meeting is located at a hotel near Pearson International
Airport, but I was told that flying into Toronto/City Centre airport is
much more practical for GA aircraft. Is this true? If so, what would
be the best way to get to a hotel near Pearson, cab or shuttle?

Also, is there a contact number for the FBO at this airport? I tried
searching the web, but I was unable to locate an AirNav.com equivalent
for Canadian airports.
