logic of IO-360 100hr injector inspection 93-02-05

You are really talking about 02-26-01, aren't you?

The additional work to inspect the injector lines during an annual or
100 hr inspection is pretty minimal, they should really be getting
looked at anyway. Yes, it is going to take some time to sign off and
keep track of AD status.

You are aware that the inspection is NOT due every 100 hrs, but is due
during annual INSPECTION, 100 hr INSPECTION, or after work to the
affected system.
