Running FS2004 under XP, on a flight in the Baron from Catumbela Angola
(FNCT) to Windhoek (FYWH), I'm getting a sinking feeling about 10 mins into the flight. The air pressure drops, the indicated altitude steps upwards (in several stages), engine performance (as indicated by fuel flow) drops, and so does indicated air speed. Changes are steep enough that I can maintain neither speed nor altitude, and the aircraft sinks out of the sky. Realism is set to high, though reliability is 100% (even if that's not 100% realistic :-) I'm using Real Weather at present, though I will continue to experiment, for example with static weather. Has anyone else noticed weirdness such as this, in West Africa or elsewhere? |
