Mexican TCA's
So far my online browsing has turned up nothing on Mexican Aviation
Regulations -- and it doesn't help that I don't know Spanish. Does anybody have a helpful link? I'm trying to find regulations governing "Operations in Mexican TCA's" (not Class B), specifically, that airspace within 30nm of Ciudad Juarez Intl. Airport near El Paso, Texas. Thanks! Chris
