For comparison, look at the chess world. At any given time there may be a couple of dozen astoundingly good chess players, any of whom, on a good day, could win a game (though not all the games) against the champ. But they get no respect. We, on the other hand, give respect to 10 or more astoundingly good pilots. Alan |
