You won't have a hard time with an Avion yoke. Join your aircrafts type
club, such as the Cessna Pilots Assoc, and you should have a 337 printed out in a few minutes of asking for one. Mike Granby wrote: I've already exchanged emails with the FSDO, but I was hoping to find someone who'd done it before and knew of an existing 337, or who had tried and failed for the lack of being able to find such a thing. Without one, it's going to be a bear to convince any FSDO that the new yoke meets the relevent bits of FAR 23.
