Default Glaucoma and Medical

Last week I went for my annual eye exam and they sent me off for further
testing to see if I may have Glaucoma. This was not because I have any
vision loss or anything, simply based upon family history. With that said,
if I assume that my testing (which is scheduled for next Friday) says
something isn't right and they say I have Glaucoma, what does that mean for
my current medical certificate?
