Airport Deicing Question
The FAA website provides information about airports that are currently
deicing aircraft via their website at... http://www.fly.faa.gov/ois/ When an airport is reported as deicing the acceptance rate and departure rate is also provided. Why is this? How does deicing affect AR and DR? If an airport is deicing is is more likely that arrivals and departures will be delayed? Regards, Bob
