Default Small window in Lexan

Greetings group,

I desire to cut a small window (camera port etc) into a larger
Lexan side window/door in my Skyranger
Any and all advice re
framing the hole,
hinges to use,
latches,
over lap to seal wind,
and suitable size would be welcome.

I am thinking about a 200 * 150mm ( 8" * 6") inch window

many thanks
David Hill
