Jury nullification, a great American tradition, that you
won't be told about in court. A jury is allowed to judge the defendant and the law. The Judge will tell you to decide if the defendant violated the LAW as written, the jury has the right, duty and power to also judge the LAW and its application in order to render Justice. If the jury is only allowed to decide that the law was violated, the jury will become part of the tyranny and not the shield that the Founders wanted.
