SeeYou ConnectMe question

If I install ConnectMe on my PDA to communication with my Cambridge
Model 20 Flight Recorder, will I get an IGC format file complete with
G-Record acceptable to the OLC for scoring (or with .CAI file appended
to the end of the record)?

I'm really getting sick of having to create multiple instances of
flight records just to fiddle around with DOS in order to be able to
submit to the OLC...
