This is a tad confusing. "Star Wars" or more specifically, the
Strategic Defense Initiative (SDI) was a Reagan Era program.
The expression "star wars" in reference to it was a public label
not one from any "secret memo". The expression is usually
credited to Dr. Carol Rosin. Furthermore, Star Wars the movie
is dated to 1977 which post dates the Ford Administation.
He may have been involved in some anti-ballistic missile
programs which predated Reagan, but to call any of that
Star Wars is horribly misleading.

3. is a retired USAF Lt Col with 101 combat missions in Vietnam
4. is a former Interceptor Fighter Pilot and knows all the NORAD drills
5. has a PhD in Aeronautics and Nuclear Engineering
6. is currently running for Congress
