Default Rotax 912S issues?

I have to say, I am a fan of the Rotax, though there have been two reports
so far of the crankcase fretting and thereby clamping down on the crank
bearings. The only way to tell this is by turn the prop by hand as it
becomes quite hard to rotate eventually.
I understand Rotax will be investigating these engines to try and figure out
why it has happened.
Could even be and installation problem?
Still from however many thousands of 912S's out there, this certainly is not
a major concern yet. Was wondering if anyone out there has had similar
issues?

Thanks
