Well, considering how low the blood alcohol level is in the regs, I would hazard to guess that most people who do it are over the limit... Regardless, I don't think that there is any more danger from someone with a trolling motor than there is with someone paddling and from what I read, it seems that paddling while intoxicated is prefectly legal... |
