Default Handicapped Pilots

What resources are available for people with physical handicaps to
become pilots? I remember an article in AOPA PILOT about a blind person
flying, that was a few months ago, but what about in general? People
that are confined to wheelchairs, etc.

Any info or pointers to material on that?

thanks,
KC
