Does anyone here know if Lloyds 1088 Marine grade Okoume plywood would be a
good replacement for Aircraft grade African mahogany? The Okoume used water proof glue and is boiled in water for 3 hours just like Aircraft grade plywood. The price of mahogany appears to be going through the roof and I can get the Okoume locally for about 1/4 the price. Thanks for any replies. Kelvin Rempel |
