ANN: Use bitmap maps with flyWithCE Navigator version 3

With new version of the Navigator you can use bitmap maps for
navigation. The preparation is simple (use BMP file) and as a source
you can use official maps that are available on the Internet or maps
that are scanned from paper maps.

OLC championship is gaining popularity and because of that new version
of the Navigator produces secure IGC file that can be posted for on-
line championship.
