New DC ADIZ in Effect
The new DC ADIZ has taken effect. For those who may not know, it has a new,
simpler shape and has a cutout for Leesburg, VA ingress/egress traffic. There is also an outer ring with a 230kt speed restriction for VFR traffic. These are all supposed to be charted on the next issue of the Washington sectional, but the airpsace change is in effect now.
