Little Joe
I may be spreading unfounded rumors, but the latest one is that Joe
Stazneck has passed away. He would have been around 97 and had been a glider pilot since his teens. Joe began by hanging from kites with his brother and Irv Culver in the San Bernardino, CA area. In more recent years he was a fixture at Sailplane Enterprises, in Hemet, CA. A personable man with a great memory, he will be missed. RIP Joe.
