Default The best Glider Pilots in the world

Are the Southern Ocean Albatross who land only to breed
and weather storms. They regularly circumnavigate the
globe without flapping a wing via dynamic soaring....

YET... These guys have 22 species under threat of death
and extinction only due to people carrying out industrial
fishing. 100,000 Albatross (glider pilots!) die each
year on the end of a hook. That is one every 5 minutes.

The Albatross needs your help if it's not to become
extinct. We have a campaign going in the UK that could
be boosted massively by the non UK residents reading
this post. We are simply after your used postal stamps.

Save your stamps and save The Albatross.. just click
on the link above to read a bit about their 'Dynamic
Soaring' These guys have been around for 50 My years,
100 times longer than us land only to breed and weather
storms, do XC of 10s of thousands of Km when they circumnavigate
the south pole regularly by means only of dynamic soaring.
I've advised my club chairman, John Williams not to
get any ideas for Antarctic expeditions as he's acheived
quite enough record breaking soaring in Scottish Wave...
Beating 8,600 pilots in 22 European countries; You'll
actually have to go to page 3, we Celts are so modest!

Enjoy the above but it's still a fact! YOU can help
the Albatross

Save your stamps, save The Albatross
NOTE!! every stamp contributes, but INTERNATIONAL STAMPS
ARE WORTH 12 TIMES MORE when sent to the UK address.

Anyone out there working for the RBS group - Citizens
/ ABNAmro / Worlpay etc email me direct as I am setting
up links in the internal post.

Any other glider pilots looking for a great charitable
cause to put your emotional energy into in 2008 - could
this be it?
