Any of you guys ever get to fly a Lockheed Electra L-10?
What was it like? For some reason I think that is one of the coolest looking civilian (at first) planes I've ever laid eyes on. Looking into it, I see K. Johnson helped develop it. There's something about that man. The Electra (well, as wind tunnel tester). The P-38. The SR-71. He was a complete and total bad a$$. |
