In the course of researching one day buying an aircraft, insurance is
a big factor. I happened upon Austin Meyer's X-Plane site where in his adventure page, he talks about the value of buying hull insurance. http://www.x-plane.com/adventures/37%20Follow_Up.html He makes a good point. Just wondering how many people carry hull insurance on Cirrus's or Columbia's, where the premiums are so high, or on any plane for that matter. If you've been flying for years without a mishap, was it worth the cost? John |
