Greetings,
I've got a SH glider. Have ordered new cockpit interior fabric, and am ready to glue them in. Old fabric is removed, but there is some residual glue on the cockpit sides that is pretty well stuck that I'd prefer not to have to remove. Asked SH, but got no reply. One pilot suggested Pliobond, but it has a stronger odor that lingers after it dries that I'm really not very excited about. Has anyone used the Weldwood contact cement successfully or is there another lower odor cement/glue that is recommended??? Many thanks in advance! Gary |
