Unable to afford a pep band, the gubenatorial hopefuls found enough talent
among their own numbers to come up with a Country & Western heavy metal string quartet, prompting a quick PR addendum for the California Governor's CONCERT Tour. The group was astounded when bids for the T-shirt concession rocketed into the six-figure bracket. Their first CD, arranged by Yani, is set for a Christmas release.
