I have a few photos from Edwards: http://www.lazygranch.com/images/air...w2003/x355.jpg http://www.lazygranch.com/images/air...w2003/x354.jpg http://www.lazygranch.com/images/air...w2003/x353.jpg http://www.lazygranch.com/images/air...w2003/x352.jpg http://www.lazygranch.com/images/air...w2003/x351.jpg As Ralph and I stated, the photos that you posted are of a full scale mock-up of the F-35 CTOL, not one of the two X-35 that were built as part of the JSF competition. Or in the words of Monty Python " It's only a model". While it is very close to what the F-35 lines are at this time, there have been some changes from when it was finished; May of this year. There is another full-scale mock-up that Lockheed Martin Aero has been showing for several years, but this one is more up to date. Regards Jim Barr |
