Default What is this plane?

I saw a plane and am trying to determine if it is actually a real
plane and if so what it is.

I parked at FastTrack parking on Airport Road in Houston to take a
flight out of Hobby. Next door there is a plane currently being
repaired that unfortunately does not currently have an empennage (so
no tail number). This plane is a private jet with rather sizable
underwing fuel tanks and appears to have two sets of side by side
turbofan engines mounted just forward of the tail for a total of 4
engines. From the front this plane looks like ooOoo. The engines
themselves have been removed so the engine mountings are all that are
currently there. The plane has 6 passenger windows on each side. I
took some pictures with my camera phone and if I don't get an answer
I'll put them online.

Any ideas on what this plane is?

TIA
