Default IGC Tracks as DVD Video

For Omarama New Zealand

To help "educate" our local AIr Traffic Control operators I would like
to generate something like the SEEYOU 2 dimensional playback which
would show maps and airspace with a gliders height and speed.

Any ideas. The plan would be to generate a CD which they could plug in
to their computer and play when I visit them to explain why we need
the airspace for gliding.

Thanks in advance.
