I guess it all dependes.... Some kits from Hasegawa are the best available
for that specific plane/car/truck or what ever, but the next plane you would like to model may be better from Tamyia/Revell/Fujimi. In general the newer the date of the moulds, the better the kit (Not alvays true - but generally). There's a lot of old models around in new boxes, and they are no better than when they were first made. Generally I think that the price is also some indication, but the best is to get the shop to open the box and let you look at what's inside - including the instructions. -- Claus Gustafsen Strandby Denmark mail me at Se my modeling at www.gustafsen.nu "Bjørnar Bolsøy" skrev i en meddelelse ... I recommend picking up a copy, you won't be disappointed. Now, where did I put that Hasegawa kit.... 1/72 Hasegawas were always my favorite models, more accurate and prettier box-motives than anything I could get my hands on in my small west-coast Norwegian city. Is it the best brand, or was I illusioned? Regards... |
