Gliding operationsin Africa
Planning a little trip around Africa -would like to visit gliding
clubs/operations on the way. Apart from the well known clubs in South Africa and operations in Namibia, where else does gliding take place on the continent? -I have heard of operations in Zimbabwe, Morocco, Tunisia, Egypt, Kenya in the past- are they still in existence -what about other countries- any gliding in west Africa? If anyone has information on civil/military gliding operations it would be most welcome.
