I found 91.205 which refers to powered aircraft with a standard airworthiness, but was curious if anyone else might be able to point to a requirement for a sensitive altimeter for an experimental registered glider?
Many of us probably have one or more electronic altimeters which are easier to read than the sensitive type. Was hoping I could legally remove the sensitive altimeter to make room for an instrument I'd actually use. I personally haven't looked at my sensitive altimeter in flight once in the last 3 years. The 302 is always easier to read. |
