Default Need help - Converting .txt to .CUP

To all the more computer-savvy glider guiders in the US: I am trying to download the .cup file for SeeYou for Hobbs. All I am getting is a file with a double extension .cup.txt! The instructions given on the exchange server do not work since I have either Google Chrome or IE7 installed. Can anyone tell me how to download the file in the correct format or e-mail the file to ulineumann bei Yahoo punkt com?
Frustrated in Hobbs,

Uli
