In order to facilitate the sharing of information related to ridge soaring in the Appalachian Mountains, I've created a new Google Group. A number of the "regulars" who watch the weather and produce forecasts have agreed to participate. I'm also hopeful that the various clubs and FBOs will join in the conversations about where to fly, tasks, etc. The group is a moderated list, so you will need to request to join.
