SSA US Team Committee Election
The US Team Committee manages SSA's teams sent to international soaring
competitions. This includes determining how team members are selected and how many attend each contest, assisting with fundraising and determining financial support, and developing programs to train present and future team members. Three of the five members on the committee are elected, the other two are appointed by the SSA Board of Directors. Peter Deane's elected term on the committee is expiring. Pete Alexander and Tim McAllister have been nominated for this 3-year position. All SSA members can vote in the election. The election is open until February 27.
