SSA Convention at Reno, February 26 thru March 1

Another wonderful SSA Convention just ended at Reno. Wish the SSA held a convention every year, like we used to. I cannot comprehend why our SSA Directors voted for every other year. It's not about the vendors as much as it's for our members. It's about seeing old friends and making new ones. Learning from the legends of soaring and mentoring the newbies. And only 3 days. So many seminars to attend, so many conversations that were way too short. Historically profitable for the SSA. Thanks to our SSA Hobbs staff and the local volunteers for their excellent work. Our next SSA Convention will be at Greenville, South Carolina in early 2016.
