LONDON - Several human rights groups are condemning what they say

are
widespread abuses in the Russian republic of Chechnya and refugee

camps
in neighbouring Ingushetia.

Be a good little neocon boy and get with the Program.

The deal is this.

America does not exploit the CIS's problems in Chechyna
then the CIS doesn't exploit the USA's problems in Iraq and
Afghanistan.

If you want to give the Russians a hard time about Chechyna (which is
after all part of their empire) then expect to find a things hotting
up in the UN and world opinion as the effective Russian propaganda
machine gets going.

The Rusians would hate to see a Stinger SAM turn up in Chechnia as
much as the American would hate to see an SA-16 MANPADS or Koronet ATM
somehow find it's way to Iraq.

Personaly I find it reprehensible the way the west has exploited the
problems their Christian and White European brothers have experienced.
We have since the Crimean war used Muslims to create problems for
Bulgarians, Russians, Serbs etc. It will backfire.
